ConsMin's Pilbara based Woodie Woodie Mine and West Perth Operations headquarters creates jobs for over 400 likeminded, experienced and talented people who are driven by our Company Values of Dedication, Teamwork, Simplicity, Excellence and Innovation.We are seeking an experienced Senior HST Advisor to join the team at our Woodie Woodie Mine Site, situated 407kms south-east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara.OverviewReporting to the Superintendent, the successful applicant will be required to:ResponsibilitiesWorking with a B2B Senior, you will Lead a team of H&S; Advisors, ESO/Medics and Health and Lifestyle Coordinators.Assist in the creation and coordination of the Company, Sites and Teams Health and Safety Plan that is aligned with proactively reducing exposure and adding value to the Safety culture of the site and its employees.Ensure that a risk-based approach to health and safety is achieved across the allocated operations.Maintain systems, processes and data to monitor and report on safety and health performance to meet internal and external needs in a timely and accurate manner.Lead investigations where required.
