Sales and Customer Service Professional
We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our team at the retail floor.
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
* Maintaining awareness of sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance goals, and utilizing all available resources to meet or exceed these targets.
* Executing exceptional customer experiences through adidas Brand Customer Service standards.
* Sustaining Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards to showcase products in an appealing and engaging manner.
* Efficiently processing merchandise deliveries and replenishing merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product range is represented on the sales floor.
* Promoting the adidas brand, its values, and products in a captivating way.
Requirements and Expectations
To excel in this opportunity, you must possess a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You should be driven, energetic, passionate about achieving results, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
