We are seeking a safety-focused individual to join our team and help keep children safe during travel. In this customer-facing role, you'll assist new parents and caregivers by helping them safely install car seats and ensuring every journey is secure. What We're Looking For:
* No experience required! Full training and certifications will be provided. You should be physically fit, comfortable climbing in and out of customer cars, and able to work with small clips and restraints.
* A passion for safety and a desire to ensure children travel securely.
* A friendly, approachable attitude with the ability to explain technical details simply.
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
What Will You Be Doing?
* Installation: Safely install car seats with precision, following Baby Bunting's Installation Principles.
* Customer Service: Welcome families warmly, answer their safety questions, and demonstrate the importance of correct car seat installation.
* Safety Education: Educate parents on proper car seat use, stay updated with safety regulations, and ensure installations meet safety standards.
* Store Support: Assist with inventory, product demonstrations, and share safety knowledge with the team.
