Job Description
* Ensuring clients are greeted with a warm welcome and ensuring all appropriate documentation is checked.
* Answering and directing incoming enquiries to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensuring all sign‐in procedures are followed and adhered to.
* Liaising with consulting practitioners regarding client arrivals and assessments.
* Ensuring client information is updated and accurate.
* Ensuring the office is stocked with appropriate stationery monthly.
* Providing administration support to the team and consulting practitioners where required.
Qualifications
* Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong prioritisation skills while maintaining flexibility to operate in an environment of change and continuous improvement.
