Our employees and customers are our priority, and as we continue to grow we are seeking our first Health and Safety Business Partner to join the team.
This role can be either full-time or part-time.
Reporting to a supportive, open-minded and practical Manager, your role as a Health and Safety Business Partner is to uplift the function and bring our OHS programs and policies to life.
You will coach and influence Managers on their obligations around Health and Safety, as well as be the point of contact for all initiatives, including psychosocial risk management, early intervention programs, etc.
This role will also oversee risk assessments, incident investigation and return-to-work initiatives in partnership with the People and Culture team.
To be successful in this role, you will have several years' of experience and be certified in Workplace Health and Safety.
Your stakeholder management and customer service skills comes naturally to you, and you will be well versed across the relevant safety legislations and business impacts.
There is an enviable suite of benefits on offer on top of a salary of up to $120,000 + superannuation.
