About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join a dynamic transport team based in Tamworth, NSW. This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting and organising a great group of people in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations for a busy regional transport branch
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Maintain HR policies, compliance, and employee records
- Provide practical advice and support on HR and workplace matters
- Help build a positive and supportive team culture
About You
- You’re an HR all-rounder who loves being organised and helping people
- Experience in transport or logistics is a bonus – but not essential
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management
- HR qualifications or solid on-the-job experience
