About the Job
Provide day-to-day leadership in the workshop to ensure safe, efficient, high quality hydraulic repair, and maintenance services. Supervise and coach workshop staff, coordinate workflow, maintain production standards, and support continuous improvement and compliance with company policies.

Key Skills & Experience Required
* Trade qualification in fitting, mechanical, hydraulics or equivalent.
* Exposure to hydraulic systems plus 5 years supervisory or leading hand experience.
* Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and hydraulic test bench experience.
* Demonstrated leadership and team supervision experience.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* High awareness of workplace health and safety practices.
* Experience with mobile hydraulic systems.
* Forklift and driving licence
* Experience using an ERP or job management system.
