Logistics Specialist Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team in support of Defence projects across Land systems. This role will involve direct enhancement of capability through the development and implementation of innovative logistics solutions.
The successful candidate will possess experience in Australian Defence ILS Standards and be able to perform comprehensive logistic support analysis, maintainability, and reliability assessments.
* Manage and lead the development of logistics plans
* Develop concepts to inform planning for sustainment strategies and engagement
* Provide logistics input to the tender and bid process
* Lifecycle Cost (LCC) activities
* Logistics management including planning and controlling delivery of logistics documentation & data
* Perform logistic support analysis, maintainability, and reliability assessments
* Review and approve logistics documentation and data
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders
* Provide guidance on the Logistic Engineering analysis processes, including HRA, FTA, S&OA, RBD, FMECA, RCM, LORA, and probability calculations

Key Requirements
This position requires the following skills and qualifications:
* Experience in Australian Defence ILS Standards
* Comprehensive knowledge of logistic support analysis, maintainability, and reliability
* Ability to manage and lead the development of logistics plans
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
