Development Lead
* Fixed term 12 months contract with chances of extension
* Based in Perth
* Experience with React / TypeScript, Python
We are seeking an experienced Development Lead who has experience with people and delivery leader rather than a deep hands on technical specialist (although a solid technical background is still important).
Key responsibilities
* Primary value is people leadership, delivery oversight, and BAU stability
* Leading an established internal team during a period of business focus elsewhere
* Run effective agile ceremonies and work with product teams closely to transform requirements to JIRA user stories for tech teams.
* Tech stack is modern but stable: React / TypeScript, Python, Sanity CMS, hosted on AWS
* Limited greenfield work - focus is on reliability, prioritisation, and risk management

* Extensive experience delivering technology systems and process-related projects
