The Role
As an EL1 Technical Cyber Operator, you will have a unique chance to undertake challenging and rewarding work. You will lead and conduct technical cyber operations that contribute directly to ASD's core missions to inform, disrupt and protect. You may conduct offensive technical cyber operations to disrupt, deny or degrade the computer networks of adversaries, to support military operations and to counter terrorism, cyber espionage and responsible cyber‐enabled crime.
You will play a vital role in shaping the direction of your team and delivering operational outcomes. To be amongst the best, ASD will develop and train you to use our specialised systems. We will support you with on‐the‐job training, and you may have the prospect to attend domestic or international relevant industry courses and conferences to develop your skills.
