Business Development Manager (BDM) – Building Materials / Windows & Doors As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Perth construction market by securing new clients and projects.
You will play a key role in developing long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth across residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with
builders, developers, architects, and contractors
Identify and secure new project opportunities across
residential and commercial sectors
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to project close
Prepare and present quotations in collaboration with internal technical teams
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Coordinate with internal teams on
design, pricing, and project delivery
Maintain accurate records of pipeline and opportunities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Skills & Experience Proven experience in
business development or sales within construction or building materials
Existing network within the
Perth building industry
(highly regarded)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand or quickly learn technical products
Self-motivated with a strong results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
Valid driver’s licence
