ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with agency experience to step into a busy and varied client delivery role. Supporting a portfolio of high-profile clients, you’ll work closely with strategists, creatives and senior stakeholders to keep projects moving, manage timelines, coordinate studio workflow and maintain strong client communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and enjoys balancing project management, client service and operational coordination. DUTIES Manage project timelines, briefs and workflow across multiple client accounts Coordinate with strategists, creatives and project leads to support campaign delivery Update revenue trackers, forecasts and financial administration documentation Raise estimates and support project scoping for new client work Liaise with clients regarding project updates, timelines and deliverables Coordinate creative studio traffic, artwork approvals and dispatch processes Participate in weekly WIPs, resourcing meetings and internal project planning sessions Maintain accurate documentation, correspondence and project files Support presentations, meetings and client communications as required SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Previous experience within a creative, advertising, branding or digital agency environment Proven experience in account management, project coordination or client services Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Confident working across financial administration, forecasting or project tracking Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using agency project management or workflow systems highly regarded Proficiency across Microsoft Office and Teams BENEFITS Opportunity to work with a highly regarded creative agency Exposure to exciting, high-profile Australian brands and projects Collaborative and supportive team environment Hybrid WFH flexibility Immediate start with a streamlined interview process Fast-paced role offering strong variety and hands-on project involvement OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
