Specification Sales Consultant | Industrial & Infrastructure Lighting

THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Specification Sales Consultant, you won't just sell products; you'll influence design. You will be the bridge between advanced lighting technology and the engineers/Tier-One contractors building Brisbane's future.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute plans to drive revenue and brand adoption across your territory.
Partner with engineering consultants and asset owners to develop technical solutions and expert lighting designs.
Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainability goals, and competitor movement.
Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through a mix of lead generation and long-term relationship management.

ABOUT YOU
You are a strategic "Hybrid" sales professional, equally comfortable hunting for new leads as you are "farming" and growing long term accounts.
What you bring to the table:
Ideally, an Electrical Engineering background or deep experience in technical solution selling (Electrical).
Proven success selling into Mining (Resources), Food & Beverage, and Infrastructure (Water, Rail, Transport).
Experience collaborating with engineering consultants and Tier-One builders to get products "specced" into major projects.
The ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from site engineers to C-suite executives.
A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel within the region.
