The Role
Assist with end-to-end leasing, including apartment tours, applications, lease renewals, and rent reviews
Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to resident requests and ensuring a positive experience
Support marketing initiatives, community events, and social media engagement
Maintain databases and records accurately, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Contribute to resident retention programs, occupancy goals, and revenue growth
About You
Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working with systems and databases
Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Passionate about property and eager to learn and grow within the industry
