An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join a well-established Melbourne design studio working across a diverse portfolio of commercial, residential, education, and hospitality projects.
This is a key position within the studio, suited to someone who is confident leading projects from concept through to delivery, while remaining hands‐on across design, Revit documentation, client management, and visual presentation work.
The practice is particularly seeking someone with a strong background in Australia's hospitality sector, so previous experience delivering hospitality-focused projects will be highly regarded.
The Role
You will play a lead role across multiple projects, managing both the creative and delivery aspects while working closely with clients, consultants, and within Revit.
Responsibilities
* Leading projects from concept design through to construction documentation
* Producing high-quality design presentations and 3D visualisations within Revit
* Managing and coordinating Revit documentation packages
* Liaising directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Mentoring and supporting junior/intermediate team members
* Coordinating project delivery, timelines, and consultant teams
About You
* Registered Architect or highly experienced Senior Architect
* Strong local Melbourne project experience
* Advanced Revit capability including documentation and 3D rendering/visualisation
* Previous experience across hospitality, workplace, commercial and/or high‐end residential projects also encouraged
* Strong design sensibility alongside technical delivery capability
* Confident client‐facing communication and presentation skills
* Ability to lead projects autonomously and manage multiple stakeholders
* Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and local regulations
