About the role
This is a broad and influential leadership position, with responsibility for:
* Whole‐school alignment from ELC through to Year 12
* Operational leadership and daily functioning of the School
* Student wellbeing and pastoral frameworks
* Co‐curricular programs including sport, performing arts and activities
* Building leadership capability and strengthening culture across teams
You will play a key role in translating strategy into action, ensuring consistency of expectations, and delivering a cohesive and high‐performing school environment.
