We are seeking a motivated and organised Workshop Administrator to support our busy workshop operations. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of administrative functions while supporting a strong safety‐first culture.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering accurate and timely administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
* Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all workshop activities
* Participate in toolbox talks, risk assessments, and safety initiatives
* Ensure compliance with site safety systems, procedures, and legislation
* Report hazards, incidents, and environmental concerns promptly
Workshop Administration
* Raise and receipt purchase orders (POs)
* Create, manage, and close out job packs
* Process timesheets and assist with rostering
* Maintain Safety Data Sheet (SDS) registers
* Prepare MDRs and RDRs documentation
* Assist with compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
* Provide invoice summaries and basic financial reporting
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems
* General administrative support to the workshop team
Team & Culture
* Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar administrative role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* A proactive and reliable work ethic
* Commitment to safety and compliance
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Requirements:
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Certificate III in Administration or similar
