The Role:
Reporting to the Media and Promotions Manager, the Media & Promotions Marketing coordinator plays a key part in coordinating requirements for both Repco Retail and Trade websites, including paid social media and email marketing. The Media & Promotions Marketing coordinator will also coordinate the Trade promotional planning and advertising programme as well as develop marketing collateral for all retail and trade promotions and will execute production of all marketing and advertising requirements for local area marketing. Plus assist in the Media pillar coordinating the production of media to support retail and brand promotional events.
This role will ensure best-in-class marketing material. Build relationships, collaborate, create assets and more!
Duties include:
4. Coordinate Trade promotional planning and advertising programme
5. Coordinate the production of Retail & Trade assets for digital channels
6. Develop marketing collateral for all Retail and Trade Promotions
7. Execute production of all Marketing and advertising requirements for Repco’s Local Area Marketing Program including New Stores, Relocations and Renews
8. Brief and coordinate promotions agency for all Promotions and Competitions
9. Administrator of internal promotional program software package
10. Assist in coordinating production of media to support retail and brand promotional events
The successful applicant will have:
11. Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
12. Experience in a marketing generalist or specialist position
13. Retail industry exposure desirable
14. Punctuality, reliability and ability to work autonomous
15. Highly developed written and verbal management, communication and computer skills
16. Flexible nature, comfortable working with competing priorities and in a deadline driven environment
17. Ability to work in a team environment
