About the Role
You will need to deliver on sales targets and activity for the team
You will use your advanced in field coaching skills to bring this team to life and watch them perform
You will develop collaborative and inspired relationships with internal stakeholders and your peers
You will demonstrate leadership that drives a high-performance culture
You will work closely with the other three district sales managers, supporting and collaborating with them
Who You Are
You are a demonstrated sales leader from within the pharmaceutical industry
Your results talk to your success, you have coached endless representatives to success
You can talk easily about your sales results and what you have achieved as a sales leader
You know how to drive high performance and to maximise in field coaching; this is where you excel
You are tertiary qualified, with excellent communication skills and an affinity for collaboration
You take feedback as a learning tool
You have successfully led the collaboration between specialist and primary care representatives
You are technologically savvy and are highly organised, you have sound time management skills
You must have experience from the prescription pharmaceutical industry; this is essential
