Recruitmark is partnered with a leading Australian provider of pre-fabricated engineered solutions for mission-critical facilities. Renowned for their innovative approach, they design, manufacture, and install complex structures across various sectors, including automated distribution centers, hyperscale data centers, banks, and hospitals.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Human Resources Administrator to provide essential day-to-day support across a wide range of HR functions. In this role, you’ll assist with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, HR systems maintenance, and documentation management.

This role is based in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate employee records, manage employment documents, and ensure confidentiality in line with legal and company standards.
- Support new starter setup and induction processes, and assist in employee exit procedures including record updates and asset retrieval.
- Post job ads, schedule interviews, handle candidate communication, and support reference checking.
- Compile and maintain reports on headcount, training, and compliance-related documentation.
- Handle basic employee queries, assist with engagement activities and policy updates, and support the HR team with various administrative tasks.

About You:

- Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to HRIS systems desirable
