About You
* Relevant Trade Qualifications (Diesel, Mechanical or Hydraulic Fitter).
* Strong knowledge of Hydraulic systems and pump repair processes.
* Ability to prepare and submit customer quotes.
* Strong customer focus and clear written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prepare clear and concise service reports.
* Valid drivers' licence and the flexibility to work overtime as required
The Role
* Lead a team of tradespeople and apprentices, overseeing their work, and assigning tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
* Understand workshop workflow and collaborate with team on job scheduling and resource allocation to achieve maximum efficiency and economy.
* Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.
* Promoting and demonstrating safety behaviours and reporting processes.
