About You
* A minimum of five years of experience in heavy industry with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
* A degree in engineering and relevant training in occupational health and safety.
* Strong leadership skills with a commitment to zero-harm safety culture.
* In-depth knowledge of reliability principles and condition monitoring techniques.
* Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office software applications.
* A proactive attitude and ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
