This role is a job share role where you will work alternate weeks (i.e. one week on and one week off).
Key ResponsibilitiesAttending to print equipment at various customer sites to ensure a high standard of copy quality, equipment cleanliness and changing of consumables, in accordance with the agreed services levelsMaintenance support, service and Helpdesk supportCoordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing in relation to the printing equipmentProviding first level response on equipment faults in line with Konica Minolta's customer service values/customer statement of work obligations and escalating specific technical equipment/software issues to Konica Minolta HelpdeskEnsuring paper stock is managed to agreed levels, and filling paper traysConsumables managementCustomer User Training - providing scheduled or ad hoc training to Customer users in relation to the operation of the printerRequirementsWho are we looking for?
You have some experience in providing exceptional customer service, caring about customers and relationshipsYou may be required to pass a Working with Children checkYou are professional, proactive, organised, and take pride in your workSome technical experience is preferred however you should enjoy problem solving and resolving issues both with customers and machinesA desire to learn - You will have initial and on-going hands on product training to ensure the success of your career at Konica MinoltaAs per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.BenefitsWhat can KM offer you?
