What You'll Be Doing
You'll lead the entire retail operation across our growing store portfolio, driving performance, customer experience, team culture, and future expansion. From opening new stores to lifting sales performance and building elite retail teams, you'll have genuine ownership and the ability to make a real impact.
You'll:
* Lead and grow our national retail network
* Drive sales and operational performance across all stores
* Develop retail growth strategies and expansion plans
* Build high‐performing retail leadership teams
* Create exceptional customer experiences that bring the brand to life
* Work closely with senior leadership to help scale the business
