Job title: Occupational Therapist - Community-Based - Mix Caseloads Salary: A generous base salary super travel reimbursement Location: Melbourne Roles & Responsibilities: The role of “OT” involves providing expert assessment and management of our private patients and NDIS participants. The role will require you to: Provide evidence-based functional assessments, to increase the safety and quality of life for patients/participants. Select/order/prescribe assistive equipment/technology. Seek funding for such equipment, either through SWEP or other funding channels. Working autonomously. Write detailed NDIS reports. Liaise with other health professionals.
