Join the business that brought Glamping to the South Coast! Our client is a locally owned, family business located in Nowra who specialises in bringing mobile luxury camping hire and unique glamping experiences to the Shoalhaven area. Whether it be for a short trip, romantic get away or extra guest accommodation for weddings or special events, they pride themselves on establishing beautiful sites for guests.
As a general hand, you will be required to erect and style, in a high end luxury fashion, bell tents for use by guests in tourist parks and private properties. Your ability to work within time frames prior to guest arrival will be an asset to you, and remaining guest focused is of the utmost importance. A high attention to detail and passion for interior decorating will also be seen favourably. The position usually requires only Friday and Sunday work, 3- 4 hours each day. This may increase to suit business demands as they seek to expand. Your ability to travel to sites around the Shoalhaven will be a benefit to you. **As the Tent Erector/Styler, you will be responsible for;**
- **Loading vehicle and picking orders**:
- **Delivering items to sites around the Shoalhaven Region**:
- **Erecting Bell tents up to 25kg**:
- **Internal styling, including making beds**:
- **Maintenance of items including cleaning/drying tents**:
- **All components of pack down, including bagging of used sheets and covers**
**The following attributes would be an advantage, although not essential;**
- **High attention to detail**:
- **Drivers license**:
- **Reliable, can provide notice of availability with plenty of lead time**:
- **Physically capable of carrying tents and equipment from vehicle to set up point**:
- **Customer focused**:
- **Love routine and processes**:
- **Ability to provide the best advice for tent placement to provide the best experience for guests**:
- **Available on Fridays and Sundays**
**Job Types**: Casual, Temp to perm
**Salary**: $28.40 - $29.00 per hour
