We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobilisation & Travel Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for managing personnel logistics, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of travel and accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage employee travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and transportation
* C-coordinate with employees to ensure all necessary documentation is complete before departure
* Maintain accurate records of employee movements and expenses
Mandatory Skills:
1. Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
2. Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel);
