Operational Support Specialist Role
This is a key operational support position responsible for managing various aspects of the business. As an Operational Support Specialist, you will be accountable for managing accounts administration, payroll assistance, compliance and safety administration, warehouse and stock management, and general operational support.
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks such as AP, AR, reconciliations, payment runs, and Xero entries are performed to a high standard.
* Provide payroll support and manage compliance and safety administration to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
* Manage warehouse and stock levels to ensure everything is up-to-date and organized.
* Offer general operational support across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Outlook.
