Description & Requirements
Monadelphous is seeking experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisors to join our Mackay operations team and lead crews across multiple sites in the Bowen Basin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a dynamic team and ensure the highest standards of industrial cleaning, safety compliance, and site hygiene in a fast-paced mining environment.
Key Responsibilities include.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of industrial cleaning crews.
* Conduct quality checks to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.
* Develop and manage cleaning schedules across multiple sites.
* Report maintenance issues promptly to management.
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety and hygiene procedures.

What you will bring:
* 2 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
* Mining resources experience highly regarded.
* Industrial Cleaning background essential.
* Proven ability managing multidiscipline work crews.
* Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent working knowledge of workplace health and safety.
* Sound proficiency in the use of MS Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel).
* Open Drivers licence.
Proof of right to work in Australia.
