Noodle Heaven is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who is passionate about leading high-performing teams and creating outstanding dining experiences. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in restaurant operations, team management, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily service operations across front-of-house, kitchen, and takeaway.
* Lead staff rostering, training, supervision, and performance management.
* Collaborate with chefs on menu development, presentation, and quality control.
* Build strong customer relationships and tailor service to guest expectations.
* Manage budgeting, cost control, inventory, and supplier coordination.
* Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues professionally.
* Ensure full compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational regulations.
About You
* Experienced hospitality professional with 3–4+ years in restaurant management.
* Strong leadership abilities with experience supporting both FOH and kitchen teams.
* Warm, personable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service with excellent personal presentation.
* Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong team and client relationships.
* Skilled in administration and proficient with computer systems.
* Strong attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work independently.
* Passionate about food, current hospitality trends, and continuous improvement.
* Knowledge of food safety and OH&S requirements.
* Understanding of Asian noodles and Asian cuisine is highly advantageous.
* Availability to work public holidays and long weekends, with responsibility for opening and closing as part of the roster.
