DSROPG Corporate Services fulfils key corporate functions, directly enabling achievement of the department's priorities and objectives for the benefit of Queenslanders. We have a customer first focus and harness strong partnerships to deliver quality strategic and operational corporate services to the department. Corporate Services is an independent expert advisor to the Director-General and is comprised of Corporate Finance and Procurement, Governance, Performance and Risk, Digital Services, Legal Services, Corporate Operations and Human Resources. DSROPG Human Resources provides a range of strategic human resource services and advice to the department in the areas of organisational change, attraction and retention, engagement, employment programs, capability development, performance management, employee and industrial relations and workplace health, safety and wellbeing.
We deliver best practice advice, policies, and support and work collaboratively with the department's executive, managers and staff to position the department for success in service delivery, performance and business renewal and being an employer of choice. We are a very small HR team responsible for delivering the full suite of HR services to the department. The team works very closely together and all pitch in to achieve our priorities.
