If you're a marketing all-rounder who thrives in early-stage growth environments, this is your moment to lead from day one. From brand identity and website builds, to campaign execution, lead gen and thought leadership, you'll bring this brand to life.
What you'll do
* Develop and deliver a go-to-market strategy for the November product launch
* Own brand development: messaging, visual identity, website, social channels
* Run digital acquisition campaigns across paid social, Google, and crypto/fintech media
* Create content that educates and converts: blogs, email sequences, landing pages
* Build referral marketing packs for partner networks (brokers, accountants, exchanges)
* Manage campaign performance and lead pipeline across CRM and marketing automation tools
* Become a trusted voice in crypto-property lending through community and PR initiatives
What you'll need
* 3+ years' marketing experience in fintech, financial services or crypto
* Proven ability to run end-to-end digital campaigns and optimise for CPA
* Hands-on across content, social, brand and acquisition
* A builder's mindset — comfortable with pace, ambiguity and autonomy
