About You:
* Proven experience in leading teams in community or mental health services, preferably in remote or regional areas.
* Familiarity with culturally secure practice and experience working effectively with Aboriginal communities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, health management, or similar fields.
