About the role 
Due to the continued growth of our business, we are seeking a part-time Valet who will attend to the Konica Minolta printing equipment and provide exceptional customer service to our valued client based onsite at Redlands City Council. This role is a job share role where you will work alternate weeks (i.e., one week on and one week off). 
Key responsibilities 
Reporting to the State Service Delivery Manager, you will be fully trained to be responsible for: 
- Attending to print equipment at various customer sites to ensure a high standard of copy quality, equipment cleanliness, and changing of consumables, in accordance with the agreed service levels 
- Maintenance support, service and Helpdesk support 
- Coordinating and performing basic fault preventative servicing related to the printing equipment 
- Providing first-level response on equipment faults in line with Konica Minolta's customer service values/customer statement of work obligations and escalating specific technical equipment/software issues to Konica Minolta Helpdesk 
- Ensuring paper stock is managed to agreed levels, and filling paper trays 
- Consumables management 
- Customer user training – providing scheduled or ad hoc training to customer users in relation to the operation of the printer 
Who are we looking for? 
- Experience in providing exceptional customer service, caring about customers and relationships 
- Ability to pass a Working with Children check 
- Professional, proactive, organized, and pride in your work 
- Some technical experience is preferred; however, problem-solving and resolving issues with customers and machines should be enjoyable for you 
- A desire to learn – initial and ongoing hands-on product training will be provided to ensure your success at Konica Minolta
