* An understanding of a person's rights and if needed, the ability to advocate for others
· Well-developed interpersonal, communication, listening and negotiating skills with ability to think critically and problem solve
This is a 12-month maximum term part time position (with potential for extension) working 15 hours per week (across3 days per week), with the potential for additional hours. Flexibility in work hours and days may be required to fit in with the day to day needs of the sisters.
