Change Managers - Multiple daily-rate contractsWe are seeking experienced Change Managers with strong training capability to support a large scale Oracle Finance implementation. This is a complex enterprise program focused on modernising core finance processes and uplifting capability across the project team has completed design and is currently building and testing functionalityYou will join an established change function, working alongside an ERP Change Lead and a small change team. There are dedicated instructional designers in place developing learning assets including eLearning modules.This role will play a critical part in ensuring finance stakeholders are engaged, prepared and supported through the transition.You will be accountable for:Maintaining and refining change impact assessmentsDeveloping and executing targeted change and engagement plans including deep dive briefing sessionsWorking directly with General Managers, Heads of and Team Leaders to co design change initiativesEstablishing and sustaining a change champion networkPartnering with Business Analysts and functional teams to support training content developmentSupporting development of training materials and content outlinesContributing to leadership discussions around sequencing and readiness planningDeveloping and supporting the go live support model alongside change championsYou will bring:Demonstrated experience delivering change on ERP programs, ideally Oracle, SAP or Workday (this is a must have)Experience supporting finance related modules with a solid understanding of financial terminology and processesProven ability to influence and partner with senior leadersExperience supporting or delivering training, including content developmentStrong stakeholder engagement skills across senior leadership and operational teamsAbility to operate independently while aligning to broader program directionStrong problem solving skills with the ability to balance detail with strategic oversightProject EnvironmentReporting to the ERP Change LeadWorking within a collaborative change team of up to fiveHigh visibility program with significant finance stakeholder engagementIn office collaboration required three to four days per week, Monday to Thursday
