As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for executing supply chain operations to ensure timely and accurate warehousing processes. This includes ensuring the correct storage of products, maintaining accurate inventory information, and working closely with purchasing, inwards goods, and dispatch functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and timely receipting of products
* Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; track orders and investigate problems
* Allocate inventory in warehouse, products are correctly labelled and stored in correct locations
* Reconcile finished goods production counts
* Facilitate cycle-counts in accordance with company standards
* Trial stage raw materials for future brews
* Prepare, generate, and file inventory reports; review reports quarterly with management
* Perform administrative duties, including data entry, maintaining inwards goods manifest, providing driver paperwork, scanning/filing receipts and dockets
* Distribute deliveries to departments
* Forecast inventory ensuring correct storage space availability
* Arrange transfers between External Warehouse and Production Facility
* Safeguard the development of safety stock and actively participate in process improvement initiatives
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment and support company safety initiatives
* Manual handling tasks involving stacking and de-stacking stock form part of the day-to-day operations of this function
