About The Role Operating within ACU Engagement, the Community Engagement Officer (Ballarat) supports community engagement activities and relationships at the Ballarat campus. The position also provides a range of administrative support to the national team of community engagement officers. In Ballarat, the incumbent will support administrative functions for local community engagement opportunities, and nurture existing relationships with community to ensure the timely and effective delivery of a range of community engagement and mission related projects. This position will participate in engagement programs that may involve direct contact with children and/or vulnerable people. Total remuneration valued to $101,464 - $109,838 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $85,739 - $92,815 (pro rata) pa (HEW 5), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff. Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
