The Site Operations and Administration Leader plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of the school. As a key member of the site Leadership Team, this position is responsible for leading site operations, providing leadership and supervision to staff, and developing strategies to improve site efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Liaise with the Principal and site Leadership Team to ensure alignment with school goals and objectives
* Develop and implement strategies to improve site operations and efficiency
* Monitor and analyze data to inform strategic improvement plans
* Foster a culture of inclusive community, respect, safety, honesty, and participation
* Lead by example and promote a positive work environment
Selection Criteria:
1. Demonstrated commitment to building just communities based on Touchstones
2. Capacity to lead and work under the four Principles of operation
3. Interpersonal skills that support a strong community focus
4. Registration as a teacher in WA and a valid open driver's license
5. Minimum 5 years' relevant leadership experience in a school environment
6. Valid First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
7. Substantial knowledge and experience in leadership and data analysis
8. Proven leadership in collating data to inform strategies and improvement plans
9. Leadership experience in trauma-informed practice and wellbeing support
10. Capacity to provide flexible learning and curriculum support
11. Excellent communication and organizational skills
