**About the Role**
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to step up a within a leading agency. As well as managing your own workload and tasks you will be supporting their Residential Property Managers.
**Duties**
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Routine Inspections
- Open Inspections
- Routine Inspections
- Key management
- Relief reception
- Daily banking & mail
- Other administrative duties as required
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience in a reception/ property management role. Approximately 6-12 months
- Experience providing general administrative support
- A current driver's license and a reliable car
- Well developed computer skills including MS Word, Excel and REST
- Completed your Property Management registration
