As a seasoned professional in customer relationship management, you will have 3-5 years of experience in account management roles. Your key responsibilities include the total management of customers in designated areas/portfolio.
Your hands-on approach will focus on delivering logistical solutions with efficiency and meeting customer requirements and contracts while maintaining strong safety protocols.
* Lead point of contact for all customer account management matters;
* Liaise with operational and marine teams to ensure cargo care processes are maintained;
* Ensure operations adhere to WHS procedures and guidelines;
* Plan and schedule freight coordination efficiently;
* Maintain excellent communication with stakeholders for timely delivery of freight;
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements;
* Foster relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders;
* Be organized with an eye for detail and process;
* Develop new business opportunities;
* Achieve targets and standards that support business growth;
* Forecast and track key account metrics;
* Prepare reports on account status and keep CRM up-to-date;
* Assist with challenging client requests and think critically.
You will possess sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and general computer skills. Additionally, you will have demonstrated experience in customer service interfaces, analytical problem-solving skills, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
