Lead Bioanalytical Scientist
The selected candidate will lead a team of scientists in the development and validation of bioanalytical assays. Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and validating PK, ADA, biomarker, and flow cytometry assays.
* Overseeing execution of nonclinical and clinical studies to ensure compliance and scientific rigor.
As a member of our agile team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of high-quality projects that drive business success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life sciences discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in bioanalytical research and development.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
* Excellent communication and project management skills.
