**The Opportunity**
**Your role will incorporate**:
- Planning, control and directing the provision of a range of high quality personal, clinical care and support services that encourage and enable residents to maintain their autonomy and independence.
- Capability to manage complaints and any grievances
- Managing the budgetary requirements of the facilities
- Managing the smooth running of the facilities on a day-to-day basis
- Develop finance and Hr competencies
- Leading the team and managing staff performance, recruitment and selection and building a positive culture within the team
- Ensuring all SCC policies and procedures are implemented and followed, taking a continuous improvement approach whilst adhering to all accreditation standards

You are a Registered Nurse with extensive Aged Care and ACFI experience and already managing a facility and looking for a challenge.
**In addition, you will have**:
- 5+ years clinical RN experience with leadership and management skills
- A motivational leadership style with the ability to build a collaborative team environment
- Experience managing a 24/7 roster and workforce planning
- Proficient numeracy skills - reconciliations, reporting and budgeting
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the aspirations and needs of older people with the ability to connect with them, their families, and the local community
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccinations
- Must have a driver's license ** Please note**: must have the ability to travel between sites.
