Administrative and Legal Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Legal Assistant to support our team in a dynamic and challenging role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a legal secretarial or professional services administration environment, with strong organisational skills and the ability to work full time.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for creating and editing legal documents, completing billing, client reporting, managing correspondence and maintaining files, as well as diary management and other tasks.
This is a hands-on role that requires a keen, motivated approach with strong communication skills. You will be encouraged to show initiative and utilise your organisational skills in this varied and interesting role.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Create and edit legal documents
* Complete billing
* Client reporting
* Manage correspondence and maintain files
* Diary management
* And other tasks as required
