Lotus Dining is Sydney's premium restaurant group, celebrating modern Chinese cuisine, world class dumplings and award-winning wine lists. 
We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to lead the opening of our new venue in Summer Hill. Lotus Dumpling Bar Summer Hill is hiring Team Leaders, Supervisors and Assistant Managers. 
About the roles: 
These are a hands-on positions for someone who loves creating memorable dining experiences. If you enjoy dynamic services, then we are what you're looking for. 
Requirements and abilities: 
Minimum two years' experience as a team leader in a rapid paced, customer focused restaurant with a la Carte service. Manage front and back of house operations. Working product knowledge of all food and beverage and the ability to impart knowledge to staff. Effectively manage the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Consistently review operations and staff to identify any problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement. Create a positive guest experience by delivering the highest level of service exceed guest expectation. Follow restaurant policies and procedures. Conduct staff training sessions and daily briefings. 
Salary $55 000 - $65 000 + tips + incentive bonus.

8 hour shift
