The Gap Bar & Grill is a restaurant and bar located in the heart of Sunbury with a Mediterranean influence on food.
As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you'll help create an inviting atmosphere while delivering attentive, polished service. You'll engage with guests, guide them through our menu and ensure every visit feels effortless and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient and attentive service to guests within the venue
* Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence and care
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the floor at all times
* Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
* Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly
* Understand and maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the food and beverage menus
What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a venue is preferred
* Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a polished demeanour.
* A valid RSA certificate is preferred
* A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meet high standards.
* Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
