AVANI Melbourne Central Residences is seeking a professional and customer-focused Mandarin Speaking Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
Assist Mandarin-speaking guests with smooth communication and support
Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests with efficiency and care
Ensure accuracy in guest accounts and maintain front office procedures
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to meet guest expectations
Qualifications
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
