The Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Person / Warehouse Team Leader to join our Canning Vale team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to take the next step into leadership.
The Responsibilities
As a Store Person, you'll:
* Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently
* Operate forklifts and manage goods safely
* Handle incoming stock, returns, and customer pickups
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
* Use MYOB Acumatica and MachShip for shipping and inventory tasks
As a Team Leader, you'll also:
* Supervise daily operations and allocate team tasks
* Provide training and mentorship
* Manage stock rotation and oversee inventory accuracy
* Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement
* Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
Experience Required
* Minimum 4 years' warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities
* Forklift licence (LF) and valid driver's licence
* Strong physical capability to lift and move stock
* Confidence using warehouse systems - MYOB Acumatica and MachShip preferred
* Excellent communication, organisational, and people skills
