Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their day-to-day living, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with personal care tasks, domestic duties, and access community services
* Support individuals to develop positive relationships and connections within the community
* Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure high-quality care and support
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Experience working with individuals with disabilities
* Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Resilience and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Current Australian Driver's Licence
* Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement
