Leading a talented local team, this individual will drive customer and market insights, shape brand development and execute integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable growth. This critical role spans marketing strategy, customer and market research, digital marketing, go-to-market campaigns, product marketing, media relations and event management. It also demands close collaboration with Sales, Product Category Management, Training, Customer Service and the global Marketing team to ensure commercial success.The successful candidate will be an accomplished marketing leader with a proven track record of delivering impactful, metrics-driven campaigns and building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who is passionate about customer-centric marketing, able to inspire innovation and committed to transforming marketing into a true growth engine. A degree in Marketing, Communication or Business is required, along with at least five years’ experience in a senior marketing role. Exceptional leadership skills, a strong grasp of digital marketing trends, budget management capabilities and a demonstrated ability to build brand value through strategic insight are essential.If appointed, you will be part of a forward-thinking, people-centred environment that genuinely invests in its employees.
